  • Providing Lifestyle Advice: Many headaches and migraines are the result of what you are putting into and doing to your body!  Chiropractors offer advice on lifestyle factors that can contribute to migraines, such as diet, hydration, sleep, and stress management. By addressing these factors, chiropractic care may help reduce the frequency and severity of migraines and other types of headaches.
