Dr. Kalaba’s Favorite Keto Breakfast Smoothie

What do you eat in the morning? Does it power you up, keep you full, and ramp up your fat burning? This keto breakfast smoothie does just that. Watch the video, then scroll down for the recipe.

Keto Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Add to blender and blend until smooth:

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • 3 Drops Vanilla Creme Stevia

Pour into glass and add water to desired consistency.  Stir.  If you like hot chocolate in the morning, add hot water!
If you want an extra keto kick, add an additional tablespoon of MCT oil into your keto breakfast smoothie, just prior to drinking.
