Your Healthy Recipe – Super Easy Roasted Cabbage – Keto Friendly

Cabbage is a great veggie to add to your repertoire, and it is easy to prep and roast.  Start with a medium head of cabbage.  Cut into 2-inch pieces.  Leave the core/stem in place to hold some big chunks together–yum!  Let some of the outer leaves fall off on their own as they will make nice, caramelized pieces.

In a glass baking sheet, spread cabbage out evenly.  Coat generously with avocado oil and season with onion salt.

How to Bake Your Healthy Recipe That is Keto Friendly:

Place in oven at 375 degrees.  Stir after 20 minutes.  Bake another 10-20 minutes, based on tenderness of cabbage and your desired outcome.

I love adding this cabbage as a side dish to turkey or ground lamb. It is also great to add to soups!

With approximately 5g of net carbs per cup of roasted cabbage, the avocado oil makes this extremely keto friendly.
